Declan enjoys being in nature, and living an active lifestyle while maintaining a positive attitude. His interests include music, playing guitar and singing, which he has done for most of his life.
Before stepping into disability work he was in hospitality for 10 years, working as a barista, cook and front of house manager. He also studied horticulture and enjoys reading and learning new things.
Declan is a compassionate, caring person with good communication skills and a wonderful sense of humour. He enjoys providing a high level of care for participants with respect and choice for each participant to reach their goals.
Declan’s qualifications include First Aid & CPR, NDIS Workers Screening Check & is currently studying Certificate III Individual Support (Disability).
